CHARLOTTE, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ClearGen Holdings, LLC today announced the acquisition of a 19-megawatt (MW) portfolio of operating commercial and industrial (C&I) solar assets from affiliates of Tortoise Capital Advisors. The acquisition consists of 10 operating behind-the-meter solar projects located across California, Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. ClearGen acquired 100% of the equity interests in the portfolio and will assume asset management responsibilities for th
