(NYSE: DBRG), today announced that it has completed the previously announced sale of its 50% stake in Invenergy AMPCI Thermal Power (“IATP”) to funds of ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC. IATP is a large-scale, diversified portfolio of 11 power infrastructure assets representing approximately 5.4 GW of generation capacity across North America. The assets are owned in partnership with Invenergy. Invenergy will retain it
