HALIFAX, Nova Scotia–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Emera Incorporated (“Emera” or the “Company”) (TSX/NYSE: EMA) announced today the applicable dividend rates for its Cumulative Minimum Rate Reset First Preferred Shares, Series J (the “Series J Shares”) and Cumulative Floating Rate First Preferred Shares, Series K (the “Series K Shares”), in each case, payable if, as and when declared by the Board of Directors of the Company: 6.345% per annum on the Series J Shares ($0.3966 per Series J Share per quarter),
