(NYSE: CTRI) (“Centuri” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 7,441,860 shares of Centuri’s common stock (the “Offering”). Centuri has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,116,279 shares of Centuri’s common stock. The Offering is expected to close on November 14, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. Gross proceeds from the Offering are expected to b
